Los Conejos Malditos 2023 Rosado
Rosé made from organically grown Tempranillo grapes.
Colour
Pale onion skin.
Scent
Small wild strawberries, white cassis, rhubarb, hibiscus, and white flowers.
Palate
Fresh flavors of red berries and grapefruit. The aftertaste is marked by citrus flavors and a good acidity.

Pairing
Appetizers, vegan dishes, fish, rice, paella, and white meat.
This wine is made from grapes of our vineyards that most suffer from the rabbits. They appreciate the high quality of the fruit just as much as we do. Unfortunately, they are often faster leaving us with very low yields.

Tempranillo (Cencibel).
Harvest
Manual and in boxes in September.
Fermentation
After a short maceration the juice is drained from the skins and ferment at slow cold temperatures in stainless steel and remains sur lie until January.
