Bright ruby red.

Scent

Fresh redcurrants paired with white and pink pepper, graphite, lavender, and curry, mixed with elegant nuances of cumin, sandalwood, and white currant.

Palate

Medium bodied with flavors of fresh red fruits, grapefruit, and pepper, with a subtle hint of white tea and mineral nuances. The finish is long and elegant.

Hummus, fried fish, small game, spicy dishes such as yellow curry.
