Many years of friendship and a common love for rosé wine unite Alexandra Schmedes and Armin Zogbaum, internationally renowned photographer, and artist. This mutual passion is reflected in their first rosé wine.

Tasting

Colour

Very light onion peel.

Scent

Small wild strawberries, hibiscus paired with rhubarb and citrus notes.

Palate

Delicate fresh and fruity with elegant flavors of small red berries, grapefruit, and white peach. The finish is well balanced with a fine acidity.

8-10ºC

Vineyards

Old organically farmed vineyard with very low yields located on the meseta.

Variety

Red Grenache.

Harvest

Manual in September.

Winemaking

While filling the tank the juice is drained off to achieve the characteristic pale color.

Fermentation

Slow and cold. Sur lie until February.

Production

3000 kg/ha.

Bottling

6.000 bottles 75cl & 600 magnum.
