Brut Nature rosé. Metódo tradicional. Sparkling wine made from Tempranillo (Cencibel) and Garnacha. NV.
Colour
Bright salmon color.
Scent
Elegant aromas of red berries such as cassis, hibiscus blossom and a hint of citrus fruit.
Palate
Fine small bubbles and elegant flavors of redcurrant and cassis mix with citric and rhubarb notes. The finish is fresh, long, and well balanced.

20–50-year-old vineyards located on the meseta, at 750 meters above sea level. Lime soil. Continental climate.

Short skin maceration. Saignée of the juice and cold fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation in the bottle. 18-month sur lie before disgorging. Brut nature.
