Colour

Cardinal red with violet reflections on the rim.

Scent

On swirling the glass, nuances of red fruit such as plums and cherries emerge, accompanied by hints of redcurrants, exotic spices, aromas of cedar and sandalwood rounded off by an elegant toasting.

Palate

The wine is fresh and powerful, marked by a mix of red and black fruit flavors accompanied by notes of licorice and elegant roasted coffee. The finish is long and silky. An invitation to enjoy the next sip.

Vineyards

Single Vineyard. The "El Señorito" vineyard is located on our finca El Horcajo. Of all our vineyards this is the most capricious and complicated one to cultivate, yet it provides us with exceptional fruit.

Cold maceration for 2 days followed by a spontaneous fermentation in small stainless-steel tanks.
