Our vineyards are located on the Meseta de Ocaña (Toledo), at an altitude of 750 meters, on the family's finca “El Horcajo”, very close to the winery. The estate consists in several plots: La Madre (Cencibel and Garnacha), El Señorito (Cencibel), Las Laderas (Cencibel), El Pozo (Cencibel), Alto de las lechuzas (Garnacha) and Los Candados (Malvar).
We also farm old Cencibel and Airén bush vines, some over 80 years old, in the surroundings of Dosbarrios, Cabañas de Yepes, Villatobas, and Villarrubia.
All our vineyards are farmed organically, manually and without irrigation. The soils are calcareous, with some clay and gypsum.
As viticulturists and winemakers we are aware of our responsibility to protect and respect our terroir.
Our methods combine traditional techniques (such as the use of clay and cement amphoras) with modern principles, always maintaining an innovative spirit.
