Our 5/4 featured in El Mundo - Metropoli for its good value for money.
Laura S. Lara says of it ‘The name of this wine derives from the co-fermentation of 4 different varieties: two parts tempranillo (cencibel) with one part garnacha, one part airén and one part malvar. This is a limited-edition claret with which the Más Que Vinos winery from Toledo has set out to restore this type of winemaking process to its forgotten prominence. A daring and jovial approach that represents a more than successful reinterpretation of claret. 5/4 proposes a return to the past with a touch of the avant-garde (the wine spends nine months on its lees in amphorae), which will delight the most nostalgic’.
