Harvest: Manual harvest at the beginning of October.
Fermentation: Spontaneous fermentation in amphora.
Barrel: In amphora for 12 months.
Bouquet: Grapefruit, white pepper, graphite, lavender and curry When swirling the glass elegant aromas of fall leaves and sandalwood accompanied with caraway seeds and white currant.
Palate: Elegant and mineral attack. The palate is marked by acidic red fruit, grapefruit and pepper with a hint of white tea and mineral notes. Medium body. The aftertaste is long and elegant thanks to the well-balanced acidity and soft tannins.
Food pairing: tuna and swordfish, fried fish, game birds: partridge and quail, white meat, curry-seasoned dishes
