Fermentation: 1. After a short maceration, the juice is drained off and fermented at cool temperatures in a small stainless steel tank. 2. Secondary fermentation: The wine undergoes the secondary fermentation at cool temperatures in the bottle in the classic Champagne style.
Barrel: The wine stays on the lees in the bottle for 18 months before disgorging.
Colour: Delicate light salmon color.
Bouquet: Elegant and intense marked by red berries, such as wild strawberry and raspberry with a hint of citrus.
Palate: The wine appeals due to its finesse and freshness. The elegant fruit aromas blend well with the acidity and deliver a long well balanced finish.
